Position Overview: - Responsible to meet the bank’s approved strategy / plan to facilitate achievement of related short-term and long-term business goals in the most effective and efficient manner according to the supervision and direction of management. - Proactively identify sales opportunities and deliver value-added, needs-based solutions. - Deliver customer base growth, achieve growth targets and maximize the financial contribution of the business. - Achieving the objectives through the bank various distribution channel to expand the business activities. - Planning and working closely with marketing colleagues on developing the business coverage. - Drive end-to-end product management lifecycle. - Product availability is implemented as per strategy. - Ensure product satisfaction for client base. - Manage and oversee the process of enhancing the customer service quality and promote new customers align with senior management strategy. - Identify new business development strategy to build and strengthen FDB Bank portfolio and work with our product specialists to maximize cross selling opportunities. Job Requirements - Minimum 5 years experience in the area of banking business development manager, sales and marketing executive or a relevant role. - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field. - Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English. - Advantage for the candidates with the knowledge of Myanmar language. - Excellent product knowledge in banking set up, products and private banking. - Sufficient knowledge of the market/trends, banking trend and regulatory changes. - Competitor’s analysis to better strategize for business development strategies. - Excellent industrial, market and product knowledge in banking for example, SME loan, cards and deposit. - Positive attitude, proactive, eager and demonstrated experience in change management process.
