Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Akure. The Head of Accounts & Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations while providing strategic guidance to support business growth and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Monitor financial performance and implement financial strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide actionable financial insights to support business growth
• Foster collaboration with team members and maintain financial integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate or related industries
• Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and financial reporting
• Expertise in budgeting and financial management
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Excellent analytical skills with a solid foundation in finance
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or CFA)
