About the Role

Gafford Property & Homes is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead our accounting operations in Lagos, Nigeria. You will oversee all financial and accounting functions while managing a dedicated accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial and accounting operations
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws
• Manage cash flow, payroll, and audit processes
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Chartered Accountant qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or CPA)
• Minimum of 1–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
