Head of Account

Position Overview: - You will lead the accounting function. - You will ensure accurate financial reporting and strong financial control. - You will support business growth through sound financial management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all accounting operations and reporting - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting - Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance - Monitor project costs and profitability - Strengthen financial controls and procedures - Lead and mentor the accounts team. Requirements: - BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) - Minimum 5 years experience as Head of Accounts - Construction industry experience is an advantage - Strong analytical and leadership skills - High integrity and attention to detail.
