Head Marketing & Sales, HiiT SIWES+ (HSMHS+) at HiiT Plc

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing & Sales to provide strategic leadership to the HSMHS+ Team. You will develop comprehensive Marketing & Sales strategies and oversee their execution to achieve the company's goals and objectives within the SIWES+ program.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed management's HSMHS+ Marketing and Sales goals and objectives in accordance with the Business Plan
• Develop, propose, and implement efficient and measurable Marketing and Sales strategies aligned with periodic targets
• Develop and oversee Digital Marketing campaigns, including budget planning, lead generation, and content ideation
• Design and execute Traditional Marketing strategies
• Initiate and grow HSMHS+ community and Social Media presence across all relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram, and others)
• Identify and build strategic partnerships with Tertiary Institutions, SIWES officials, and students to drive referrals and collaborations
• Identify relevant Tech events and activities, and encourage intern participation to boost visibility
• Produce engaging content (videos, written, and graphic materials) for target audiences via e-newsletters, web pages, blog posts, and social media
• Coordinate market research and monitor activities in the target market space
• Submit detailed monthly reports on all activities and market findings

Required Skills & Competencies

• Personal Qualities: Passionate, self-motivated personality with exemplary business mindset and strong attention to detail
• ICT & Social Media Skills: At least intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, and Zoho platform; excellent social media management capabilities
