## Title: Head of Business Partnerships and Alliances (Loan Sales)

About the Role

The Head of Business Partnerships and Alliances (Loan Sales) is responsible for driving strategic loan growth through high-value partnerships, channel expansion, and alliance management. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and managing relationships with corporates, aggregators, ecosystem players, and institutions to achieve a minimum monthly loan disbursement target of ₦5 billion.

The ideal candidate is a high-performing leader with deep experience in loan sales, B2B partnerships, credit operations, and revenue growth within the fintech or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard high-value partners (corporates, fintechs, aggregators, agent networks, cooperatives, vendors, etc.) to drive large-scale loan disbursements
  • Build and execute a partnerships growth strategy aligned with Sycamore's loan sales objectives and revenue goals
  • Develop alliances with industry stakeholders to open new loan origination channels and enhance market penetration

Loan Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Lead the partnerships pipeline to achieve a minimum loan disbursement of ₦5B monthly across all channels
  • Structure and drive B2B financing programs, embedded lending arrangements, payroll lending partnerships, and channel-specific loan products
  • Monitor and optimize partner performance, ensuring consistent loan volume growth and credit quality
  • Collaborate with credit risk and product teams to streamline approval processes and reduce turnaround time for partner-driven disbursements

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all strategic partners, ensuring excellent engagement, performance tracking, and issue resolution
  • Develop strong internal relationships with Sales, Credit, Product, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Represent Sycamore in partnership discussions and strategic negotiations
