## Title: Head, Business Development and Office Operations (Borno)
Job Summary
The successful candidate will drive strategic marketing of health insurance products to corporate organizations, micro, small and medium enterprises, and informal sector groups within Borno state. This role combines business development responsibilities with operational oversight of branch staff, with the primary objective of ensuring business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic marketing activities to grow business volume in Borno state through target-driven initiatives focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for both the organized private sector (focusing on large organizations with national presence) and informal sector operators
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Lead the Borno team in liaison and interaction with NHIA health care facilities partnering with the company
- Conduct regular market intelligence activities and analyze business developments to monitor market trends
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business prospects and clients within the state
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows to market health plans and services
- Negotiate contracts and premiums with potential clients
- Provide strategic leadership in office administration at the branch
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required
