Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive 3–5 year strategic roadmap for the agency channel, aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets
• Design and implement innovative strategies for corporate market penetration, geographic expansion, and targeting new customer segments

Performance Analytics

• Utilize data-driven insights from Management Information (MI) systems to identify trends, forecast performance, and make informed strategic decisions
• Optimize channel productivity and profitability through analytical insights

Product Alignment

• Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing teams to ensure agency product offerings are competitive and meet market needs
• Support offerings with effective sales tools and campaigns

Manpower Planning

• Architect a robust and sustainable recruitment strategy to build a large, productive agent force
• Focus on both quantity and quality of hires

Future-Ready Initiatives

• Research and propose new technologies, training methodologies, and sales practices
• Future-proof the agency channel and maintain competitive advantage

Team Management

• Directly manage and mentor a team of Zonal Heads of Agency, Agency Development Executives, and Team Leaders
• Set clear performance expectations (KPIs) and foster a culture of high performance and accountability

Field Support

• Ensure effective implementation of field coaching programs
• Oversee and validate that teams are actively supporting agents in the field to enhance productivity and sales closure rates

Performance Management

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including Active Annual Premium Equivalent (APE), Case Count, and Productivity Ratios on a weekly and monthly basis
• Take corrective action to address gaps and ensure targets are met

Recruitment Drive

• Execute the manpower expansion strategy to support agency growth objectives
