## Title: Guest Reservation Manager

About the Role

Join Domeo Resources International (DRI) as a Guest Reservation Manager in Lagos. This role offers the opportunity to manage all aspects of guest reservations for our luxury apartment portfolio, ensuring an exceptional experience from initial inquiry through check-out. You will maximize occupancy rates, exceed guest expectations, and maintain efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Reservation Coordination

  • Manage and coordinate all guest reservations with accuracy and timeliness across multiple channels including online platforms, direct bookings, and corporate clients

Calendar and Occupancy Management

  • Maintain an up-to-date reservations calendar
  • Optimize apartment occupancy rates
  • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance schedules accordingly

Guest Communication

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and confirm bookings
  • Send check-in and check-out details to guests
  • Provide pre- and post-stay follow-up communication
  • Handle requests for modifications, cancellations, and special arrangements

Booking Optimization

  • Maximize booking efficiency by minimizing vacancy gaps
  • Prevent double-bookings
  • Adjust availability based on demand and seasonality

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff
  • Ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met on time

Record Management

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of guest bookings, preferences, payment confirmations, and stay histories

Issue Resolution

  • Handle reservation conflicts, overbookings, and last-minute changes professionally
  • Offer solutions that protect guest satisfaction and operational integrity

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a guest-facing role
  • Additional training in reservations, property management, or hospitality administration is an advantage
