The Role - We are looking for a Growth & Success Manager to drive the growth, activation, and long-term success of real estate agents on the Loger platform. This is a marketing-led growth role focused on how agents discover Loger, why they trust it, and what convinces them to sign up and stay active. The role requires creativity, experimentation, and execution — finding smart, non-obvious ways to grow agent sign-ups without positioning Loger as a platform that is “still sourcing agents.” Key Responsibilities: Agent Growth & Acquisition - Design and execute strategies to attract qualified, credible real estate agents to Loger - Grow agent sign-ups across priority locations while maintaining quality - Build scalable, repeatable agent acquisition playbooks - Ensure healthy agent coverage density per location Marketing Strategy & Innovation - Develop innovative marketing approaches that emphasize trust, credibility, and long-term value - Test and optimize multiple acquisition channels (partnerships, communities, referrals, content, targeted campaigns) - Craft messaging that positions Loger as a trusted, professional, and established platform - Avoid growth tactics that undermine trust or brand perception What Success Looks Like in This Role - Consistent growth in verified, active agents - Strong geographic coverage in target locations - Agents join because they trust Loger, not because of heavy incentives - Clear, repeatable growth strategies in place - Growth reinforces Loger’s credibility and positioning Requirements: - 3+ years experience in growth, marketing, or user success roles - Proven experience driving sign-ups or supply-side growth (agents, vendors, providers, sellers) - Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability - Experience testing and scaling growth channels - Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing funnels and KPIs - Strong communication and positioning skills - Ability to work independently and take ownership Nice to Have - Experience in proptech, marketplaces, or two-sided platforms - Experience marketing to real estate agents or service providers - Familiarity with African or emerging-market ecosystems - Experience with partnerships, referral, or ambassador programs - Basic understanding of product analytics tools
