## Title: Growth & Marketing Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Growth & Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across our portfolio companies. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities who can build scalable growth systems, optimize conversion funnels, and establish strategic partnerships that accelerate our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Create and optimize marketing funnels to drive course enrollments and software sign-ups
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
  • Produce compelling content that attracts and engages target customers
  • Identify and capitalize on new lead generation opportunities

Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with copywriters and sales teams to refine messaging and positioning
  • Develop sales scripts and materials to support deal closure
  • Track and analyze customer journey metrics from awareness through purchase
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify and scale high-performing approaches

Partnership Development

  • Identify and recruit channel partners and resellers
  • Establish collaborations with complementary businesses and influencers
  • Design and manage affiliate programs to generate additional revenue streams
  • Monitor partnership performance and optimize for mutual success

Customer Retention & Engagement

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to maintain customer engagement
  • Plan and execute webinars and customer success initiatives
  • Implement strategies to reduce customer churn and increase lifetime value

Brand Building

  • Build brand awareness and establish market reputation
  • Create programs and initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor key performance indicators including customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and conversion rates
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for leadership
  • Use data-driven analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimization

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and driving customer acquisition
