About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and oversee the marketing, branding, and communication activities across our group of companies. This role requires a creative, result-driven professional with a strong background in developing and implementing integrated marketing and communication strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute group-wide marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand visibility and positioning
• Manage corporate communications, PR, and media relations
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Ensure brand consistency across all subsidiaries and communication channels
• Lead internal communications to foster employee engagement and alignment with company values
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
• Build and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and strategic partners
• Manage the marketing & communications budget effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's Degree is an advantage)
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
