Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified candidate to accelerate sales growth and drive revenue expansion across Nigeria. The successful candidate will collaborate with regional teams and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives while leading sales operations across the country.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, persuasive, well-organised, and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. You will define and execute business development, marketing, technical, operations, and sales support programs to maximize profitability while developing the company's market presence and achieving regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee sales operations across Nigeria
- Design and execute sales plans to meet targets and develop strong customer relationships
- Drive brand penetration and market visibility throughout the country
- Oversee execution of overall business objectives for the organization
- Develop and execute strategic marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
- Maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and selling prices by monitoring supply/demand, market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activity
- Lead and manage regional sales managers, sales executives, and market developers to achieve designated targets and business goals
- Establish and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders regarding company products
- Ensure sales teams meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor business standards of existing distributors to ensure they meet business goals
- Establish and adjust selling prices based on cost analysis, competitive landscape, and market conditions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
- MBA (advantageous)
- 15–20 years of work experience
- Proven experience in the Food and Beverages industry
- Demonstrated sales experience and track record of success
