Graphics/Visual Designer at Rovedana

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphics/Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling video and graphic content across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and branded materials. This role requires a balance of creative design thinking, video editing expertise, and strong attention to detail.

Location & Work Arrangement

Lagos, Nigeria – Hybrid

You will visit the office 4 times per month.

Compensation

NGN 350,000 Net Monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content for social media, campaigns, and other digital platforms
• Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual content for digital and print media
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned visuals
• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects when required
• Ensure consistency with brand identity across all creative materials
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience as a graphics designer with proven expertise in video editing and graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design and video editing work
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Strong grasp of design principles: typography, layout, colour, and composition
• Understanding of social media formats and digital storytelling
• Ability to take creative direction and work independently
