About the Role
Elevated HR Limited is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. You will create compelling visual content across multiple platforms while maintaining strong brand consistency and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create graphics for social media, product packaging, websites, and advertisements that align with brand identity
- Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual concepts
- Develop designs using tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Apply fonts, design principles, and color schemes to enhance the appeal of marketing materials
- Ensure consistency across all visual designs to build and reinforce strong brand identity
- Brainstorm and execute creative ideas that align with company goals and target audience
- Tailor visuals for digital platforms, print, and multimedia projects
- Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality designs on schedule
- Research industry trends to integrate modern and innovative styles into projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise through a strong portfolio with high-quality designs
- Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles
