Position Overview: - We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team and elevate our visual communication to the next level. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for designing compelling visual content for a variety of media. - You will work closely with our creative team to develop eye-catching graphics that align with our brand identities and campaign goals. Key Responsibilities: - Create visually stunning designs for advertisements, social media, websites, print materials, and other digital content. - Develop creative concepts and execute designs that meet company’s objectives and brand guidelines. - Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts using design software. - Work with the marketing team to develop creative assets for advertising campaigns. - Design engaging visuals for social media posts, banners, infographics, and email marketing. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of design work. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. - To be successful, you should have original ideas and have a keen eye for detail. Ultimately, you should be able to create imaginative designs, be open to learning more and create impressive designs that promote the company's vision. Requirements: - Minimum of an HND in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDraw and other relevant tools. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Excellent creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to communicate design ideas effectively and present concepts to clients and team members. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of animation, motion graphics and social medial management is a plus.
