Graphic Designer at Persianas Retail Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Graphic Designer to join Persianas Retail Limited. You will develop and execute visual concepts that strengthen brand identity and support marketing initiatives across PRL, Persianas Group, The Mix, and associated retail brands. Working closely with the Senior Graphics Designer, you will deliver high-quality creative assets for digital, print, merchandising, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling designs for branding, advertising, social media, web, print, and merchandise
• Support development and refinement of brand guidelines and key brand assets
• Collaborate on major Group-level projects and ensure visual consistency across all brands
• Produce visual merchandising concepts, POS materials, mood boards, and post-shoot image edits
• Prepare print-ready files and maintain accuracy through proofreading and quality checks
• Manage multiple design projects, incorporating stakeholder feedback and meeting tight deadlines
• Guide internal teams on visual communication best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in retail or a fast-paced consumer environment
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Proficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote
• Strong creativity, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail
• Excellent organisation, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving abilities
