Key Responsibilities

Visual Design Strategy

• Define and communicate the overall design vision and strategy aligned with brand goals
• Conduct monthly design stakeholder meetings to align on business goals and requirements
• Create 2 to 3 design concepts for major campaigns per quarter
• Develop innovative and creative design solutions to elevate brand identity

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the graphic design team to ensure continuous growth and development
• Encourage cross-departmental collaboration to enhance design innovation
• Provide creative direction, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members
• Assign tasks and set clear project expectations and deadlines

Design Project Management & Operations

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all design projects from concept to completion
• Coordinate with other departments (marketing, product development) to ensure alignment with business goals
• Streamline design processes for maximum efficiency and creativity
• Manage external vendors, freelancers, and agencies for outsourced design work

Brand Consistency & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all design assets are optimized for various platforms (web, mobile, print)
• Maintain consistent application of the brand's tone, aesthetics, and messaging across all platforms
• Update the style guide to reflect any branding or design evolution
• Review designs thoroughly before submission, checking for accuracy, quality, and adherence to project goals

Internal Communications

• Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates aligned with the company's vision and business objectives
• Function as a liaison between various company departments to facilitate transparent information flow
• Develop and implement communication plans to drive awareness of new updates and services
