About the Role

As a Graduate Trainee at Brands Optimal Limited, you will participate in various training programs, rotations, and projects designed to expose you to different aspects of the organization and develop your professional capabilities. Your role involves learning from experienced professionals, acquiring technical and soft skills, and contributing meaningfully to the organization.

Successful candidates will participate in a structured training program that encompasses all aspects of the business, including Client Services, Operations, Creative, Procurement, Human Resources, Finance, and Warehousing & Logistics.

Requirements and Qualifications

• HND qualification or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of Upper Credit or Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) classification
• Recently concluded NYSC or a maximum of 1-year post-NYSC experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude with willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment

Preferred Experience

• Previous internship experience with an Experiential or Advertising agency
