Key Responsibilities: - Jewelry repair: resizing, soldering, stone setting, polishing - Custom jewelry fabrication - Wax carving & casting supervision - Gold melting and alloying - Stone setting (diamond & colored stones) - Quality control before delivery - Training junior goldsmiths - Managing workshop tools and materials - Recording gold intake and usage per job - Reducing material loss and scrap. Requirements: - Minimum 5 – 8 years professional experience as a Gold Smith with proof images of jobs done. - Strong repair skills - Custom jewelry fabrication ability - Knowledge of casting and finishing - Knowledge of stone setting - Ability to supervise apprentices - Honest material handling practices.
