Geography Teacher

Position Overview: - We are seeking a qualified and experienced Geography Teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with both the Cambridge and Nigerian curricula. - The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and a passion for student development. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver Geography lessons aligned with the Cambridge and Nigerian curricula - Assess, record, and report students’ progress accurately - Prepare students for internal and external examinations - Develop and implement engaging teaching and learning strategies - Maintain an orderly, safe, and supportive learning environment - Participate in school meetings, trainings, and extracurricular activities - Collaborate with other teachers and school management to enhance academic standards. Requirements: and Qualifications - Minimum of a B.Ed Degree or B.Sc with a PGDE certificate (or in view) - TRCN certification and/or M.Ed / M.Sc qualification will be an added advantage - Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in both Cambridge and Nigerian Curricula - Strong communication and classroom management skills - Ability to use modern teaching aids and instructional technologies. Remuneration - Salary is experience-based - Minimum starting salary: N120,000 per month.
