About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Practice doctor with excellent leadership skills to lead our General Practice service in Abuja. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations while providing comprehensive patient care and mentoring within our practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily general practice service delivery
• Diagnose illnesses and prescribe appropriate treatment for patients with diverse medical conditions
• Obtain detailed medical histories and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Refer patients to specialists as clinically indicated
• Support specialist colleagues in treatment and patient care management
• Provide patient-centered care that addresses health needs and promotes wellness
• Deliver health education to promote wellness and support chronic disease management

Required Qualifications and Experience

• MBBS degree
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
• Current practicing license
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
