General Manager / Business Lead, Out-Of-Office Advertising

Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The General Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and revenue growth for the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising business.

You will plan, design, negotiate, and execute innovative out-of-home advertising campaigns across diverse formats including billboards, transit, digital screens, street furniture, experiential OOH, and emerging outdoor technologies.

The role requires strong expertise in regulatory compliance (LASAA, OAAN, ARCON, and other state regulatory bodies), business development, vendor management, infrastructure expansion, and identification of high-value strategic advertising locations across Nigeria. You will drive profitability to ensure impactful OOH visibility and maximum ROI with clients, expand market presence, ensure full regulatory compliance, and oversee the end-to-end execution of billboard projects from site acquisition to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

• Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion into new states
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients, agencies, landlords, and government authorities
• Drive long-term growth plans including infrastructure development and asset ownership

Regulatory & Compliance Management

• Ensure full compliance with LASAA, OAAN, ARCON, and state signage agencies
• Manage permit acquisition, renewals, and regulatory documentation
• Maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies
• Stay updated on advertising laws and government policies

Site Acquisition & Infrastructure Development

• Identify and secure strategic billboard locations

Required Qualifications
