Position Summary

We are seeking an accomplished General Manager of Operations & Business Development with a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in real estate development, REIT investment management, and capital fundraising.

The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence while leading our sales, marketing, and business development teams to achieve exceptional growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated business strategies to achieve company targets for sales, business development, and operational efficiency
• Lead capital fundraising initiatives for REIT investments and development projects, leveraging banking and financial sector expertise
• Generate and qualify high-value leads through strategic networking and market analysis
• Manage and mentor sales, marketing, and business development teams to exceed performance targets
• Oversee REIT investment portfolio management, including asset acquisition and performance optimization
• Ensure operational efficiency across all real estate development properties and investments
• Serve as primary liaison with regulatory bodies and financial institutions
• Establish and maintain relationships with key investors, banking partners, and strategic allies
• Implement robust sales and marketing strategies to maximize property disposals and investment uptake
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations and business development within real estate development and construction
• Proven track record in REIT investment portfolio management and capital fundraising
• Substantial experience in banking, finance, or investment sectors with demonstrated success in financial deal structuring
