## Title: General Manager – Property Management

About the Role

Swift Consulting is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead property management operations and drive business growth. This position offers the opportunity to oversee daily operations, provide strategic direction, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property management functions, ensuring high standards of service and tenant satisfaction
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all business operations
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and property management sector
  • Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Supervise and motivate staff to achieve company goals
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring quality service delivery
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of managerial experience in property management or real estate
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of business growth and operational excellence
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office tools
