About the Role

We are seeking a driven General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the strategic direction of our beauty company. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a proven track record in driving growth, managing teams, and ensuring operational excellence across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer relations
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, profitability, and brand success
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and maintain high performance
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting to ensure operational efficiency
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to executive leadership
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and industry regulations
• Stay updated on beauty market trends to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 6-8 years of proven leadership experience, preferably in the beauty industry
• Strong knowledge of business operations, marketing, and financial management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute on company vision
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

N500,000 – N600,000 monthly
