Job Summary

The General Manager will oversee the full operations of the company across its three branches, ensuring smooth functioning of sales, operations, finance, logistics, and marketing. The GM is responsible for driving growth, maintaining high operational standards, and strengthening the brand's presence in the Nigerian market.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Branch Management

• Supervise daily operations across all branches
• Monitor branch performance, staff productivity, customer service, and stock levels
• Ensure processes, policies, and quality standards are strictly followed

Sales & Marketing

• Drive sales growth and ensure all branches meet targets
• Develop and execute marketing plans, promotions, digital marketing initiatives, and brand-building activities
• Analyze market trends and competitors to support business expansion

Finance & Accounts Oversight

• Supervise accounting activities, reconciliations, and cash flow management
• Control expenditures, operational costs, and enforce financial discipline across branches

Logistics & Supply Chain

• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory controls, and product distribution to branches
• Ensure fast-moving products are always in stock and logistics are timely and cost-efficient

Team Leadership

• Manage and support branch managers and staff
• Conduct training, performance reviews, and maintain a disciplined, positive work environment

Reporting & Compliance

• Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales, operations, and finances
• Ensure compliance with all Nigerian regulatory requirements (NAFDAC, SON, tax, labour laws)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or similar field
• 7+ years of experience in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, or retail operations
• Strong leadership, financial understanding, and marketing skills
• Experience managing multi-branch operations in Nigeria
