Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to provide overall strategic, operational, and financial leadership for our group. This role is ideal for an experienced executive with a proven track record of managing multi-unit operations within the computer systems, electronics, or technology sector. The successful candidate will be accountable for business growth, profitability, governance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and execute the group's short-term and long-term strategic plans
• Provide leadership and direction to all department heads to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost control
• Drive revenue growth through market expansion, partnerships, and product diversification
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, cash flow, and profitability across the group
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate governance standards
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, clients, and regulators
• Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning
• Prepare and present periodic performance reports to owners and board members

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years at senior management level
• Proven experience managing ICT, electronics, or technology-focused businesses
• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills
