## Title: General Manager

About the Role

Amy Consulting is seeking a qualified General Manager to lead operations and drive business growth across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage senior and mid-level staff
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure operational efficiency

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or accessories
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence
