General Manager

Requirernents - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Facility management, Hospitality or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years in a proven experience managing high-end hospitality, events, leisure or premium facilities. - Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth - Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue across all event categories. - Set and manage pricing frameworks, exclusivity premiums, and booking policies. - Maximise yield during peak demand periods while protecting brand value. - Identify and develop additional revenue streams, including strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and value-added services. - Act as the Chairman's operational representative, with authority to make decisions - required to protect pertormance, reputation, and standards. - Ensure the venue operates at all times in a manner consistent with its premium positioning. - Oversee the engagement, accreditation, and performance management of event planners, promoters, and organisers. - Oversee all operational functions including facilities, security, guest services, logistics, and administration. - Produce regular operational and financial performance reports for the Chairman. - Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, licensing, safety, and statutory requirements
