An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, growth, and profitability of the catering company. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage teams, clients, and vendors while ensuring high service and food quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the catering and event business, ensuring smooth service delivery. - Plan, coordinate, and supervise catering events, including logistics, staffing, and execution. - Lead, manage, and motivate kitchen staff, service teams, and administrative personnel. - Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and quality control standards. - Manage budgets, cost control, pricing, and profitability of catering services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers. - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. - Handle client negotiations, contracts, and service agreements. - Monitor inventory, procurement, and equipment maintenance. - Drive business growth through marketing support, partnerships, and service improvement initiatives. Requirements: & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in catering, hospitality, or event management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Proven experience managing teams and large-scale catering operations. - Excellent communication and client-management skills. - Strong financial and budgeting knowledge. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.
