Position Overview: The Ideal Leader - Battle-tested in multi-sector companies (energy, tech, hospitality) - Proven track record scaling businesses to ₦15B+ ($10M+) revenue - Builds systems, not bottlenecks—hands-on, agile, and metrics-obsessed - Comfortable recruiting A-players and removing weak links - Thinks like an owner, acts like a tactician, speaks like a visionary Core Responsibilities - Drive exponential growth across all Three Ace units - Oversee company heads: Energy, Technology, Salt Beach - Build and track KPIs across departments - Lead investor readiness: financials, decks, pitches - Hire, fire, and optimize leadership team performance - Implement systems: finance, HR, operations - Deliver monthly reports directly to the Chairman  Performance Expectations (First 3 Months) - Increase group revenue by at least 25% - Reduce operational inefficiencies by 30% - Restructure leadership to match high-growth pace - Launch at least 1 new revenue stream in any unit - Align brand and reporting into unified investor-ready format Bonus Traits: - Ex-McKinsey, Bain, or similar background - Startup grit + corporate discipline - Investor relationship experience - Knows how to scale in West Africa, but can pitch globally.
