Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company’s operations and growth.
- Oversee all departments including Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, and Training.
- Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and service expansion.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery across all client locations.
- Approve operational plans, deployments, and major resource allocations.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports for the Board/MD.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire management and operational teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree (MBA or related) is an added advantage.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in the security industry or related field, with 3–5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Strong understanding of security operations, risk management, and compliance.
- Financial and business acumen.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Military, paramilitary, or law enforcement background is an added advantage.
