## Title: FX Sales Manager

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos State, Nigeria. As an FX Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, driving sales of foreign exchange products, and managing client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients
  • Drive sales of foreign exchange products
  • Manage client portfolios effectively
  • Provide market analysis and recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Stay updated with market trends to identify new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc Degree or HND qualification in any relevant field
  • Completed NYSC service
  • Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in sales within the financial services sector (Banking, Microfinance, Insurance, Fintech, Investment Services, Pension, etc.)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer relationship management expertise
  • Good understanding of financial products and market dynamics
  • Client acquisition skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • CRM tools proficiency (advantageous)
