Job Scope

The Funds Mobilization Officer proactively sources fund placements from individuals and corporate organizations using both the company's offline and online channels to attract customers to invest in the fund placement products.

You will be responsible for deepening investor relationships, exploring funding opportunities, and educating customers on numerous opportunities to grow their wealth by investing in the company's wealth creation products within regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell the company's fund investment products to individuals and corporate bodies
• Promote digital channels adoption and encourage existing and potential customers to use the company's Wealth Creation Investment App
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and guide them on using the Wealth Management App
• Stay up-to-date on company treasury products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
• Educate customers on the benefits of fund placement products and guide them on how to utilize the company's products and services for wealth maximization

Performance Metrics

• Meet or exceed sales targets for treasury products
• Acquire new customers and grow the customer base
• Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings through effective service delivery
• Increase adoption rates of the company's digital channels, particularly the Wealth Management App
