## Title: Fund/Portfolio Manager

Radix Capital Partners Limited is recruiting an experienced Fund/Portfolio Manager to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria.

Identify and target individual and institutional investors for specific funds
Select and manage investment mixes to maximize returns on client investments
Develop and direct the creation of offering documents and marketing materials
Present investment information including product risks, fees, and fund performance statistics
Monitor financial and operational performance of investments to ensure portfolios meet risk objectives
Develop, implement, and monitor security valuation policies
Develop and execute fund investment policies and strategies
Conduct and evaluate research including detailed company and industry analyses to inform financial forecasting and valuation
Meet with investors to determine investment goals and discuss investment strategies
Evaluate the potential of new product developments and market opportunities based on business plans, technologies, and market potential
Analyze acquisitions to ensure alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements
Monitor regulatory and tax law changes to ensure fund compliance and identify development opportunities
Review offering documents and marketing materials for regulatory compliance
Verify regulatory compliance of transaction reporting
Prepare for and respond to regulatory inquiries
Attend investment briefings and monitor financial media to stay current with investment markets

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fund or portfolio management
Relevant professional qualifications in finance, investment management, or related field
