Fund / Investment Manager at Strivo Labs

About the Role

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Fund/Investment Manager to oversee investment portfolios, manage fund strategies, and deliver sustainable growth for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with Strivo Labs' business objectives
• Manage and optimize fund portfolios across financial services and e-commerce-related ventures
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and risk-return analysis on investment opportunities
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential investments, partnerships, and acquisitions
• Monitor market trends, industry performance, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
• Ensure compliance with CBN, SEC, and other financial regulatory frameworks
• Prepare regular investment performance reports and present insights to executive leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk & Compliance, and Business Development teams to align capital allocation with growth strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, or related field (Master's/MBA is a plus)
• Minimum 6+ years' experience in investment or fund management, preferably in financial services or e-commerce
• Professional certification such as CFA, ACCA, ACA, or CIS (highly desirable)

• Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and portfolio management
• Excellent skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• High ethical standards and ability to make sound investment decisions under pressure
