## Title: Professor – MBA Program

Role Overview

The Nigerian University of Technology and Management (NUTM) seeks a qualified and passionate Professor to serve in its MBA program. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, a proven record of research and publication, and significant teaching experience at the postgraduate level. This position encompasses teaching, research, and service responsibilities, with a focus on contributing to the growth and development of the MBA program.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Teaching

  • Design and deliver high-quality courses in the MBA program, fostering critical thinking, analytical skills, and practical application of business concepts

Research

  • Engage in impactful and relevant research activities that contribute to the academic reputation of the university
  • Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at conferences

Supervision

  • Mentor and supervise graduate students in their research projects, theses, and dissertations

Service

  • Contribute to the academic community through committee work, program development, and other university service activities

Required Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a reputable institution
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the postgraduate level
  • Strong record of research and publication in reputable journals
  • Experience mentoring and supervising graduate students
