Full Time Homeschooling Teacher at Caston Vienna Tutors

Job Summary

Caston Vienna Tutors is seeking passionate, patient, and skilled homeschooling teachers to work directly with families in their homes across Port Harcourt. You will deliver engaging, age-appropriate, and structured learning activities tailored to the developmental needs of infants, toddlers, and young children.

This is an in-home position where you will conduct one-on-one or small group lessons in clients' residences. You will receive comprehensive training before beginning your role and will be supported throughout your 1-year contract.

You must be fluent in English and committed to creating a safe, stimulating, and joyful learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily or weekly homeschooling sessions in clients' homes as scheduled
• Implement curriculum plans provided by Caston Vienna Tutors, adapting content to suit each child's age, ability, and learning style
• Focus on foundational skills including language development, early literacy, numeracy, sensory play, motor skills, social-emotional growth, and cognitive development
• Use creative, interactive, and hands-on teaching methods suitable for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, progress, and observations for each child
• Communicate regularly with parents to report progress, share insights, and adjust learning goals
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols during in-home visits
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions
• Collaborate with other staff members and support teams, including speech therapists when applicable

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications with 0–2 years of experience
• Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of child development principles
