## Title: Full Stack Developer
About the Role
As we expand our digital offerings, we're looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our technical team and help us scale, optimize, and innovate across our product suite.
Objective
To build, maintain, and improve the Passnownow e-learning platform across both frontend and backend systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience for students and educators.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain both frontend interfaces and backend systems of the platform
- Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to build new features
- Ensure the application is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance
- Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services as needed
- Conduct regular testing, debugging, and refactoring
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
Performance Metrics & KPIs
- Deployment of features on schedule
- System uptime and performance benchmarks
- Bug resolution turnaround time
- Code quality, scalability, and documentation completeness
Collaboration & Reporting Structure
- Reports to the Product Manager and Creative Lead
- Works closely with designers, content teams, and QA engineers
- Code reviews and deployment approvals handled by Tech Lead
Quality Control Expectations
- Clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
- Adherence to best practices in software development and security
- Regular testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) before deployment
Required Skills
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Blade Templates, Bootstrap, Tailwind, and React)
- Strong backend development experience using PHP (Laravel) and Python
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, SQLite, and MongoDB)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Content Management Systems
