About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Full-Stack AI Engineer to develop, deploy, and maintain an innovative AI-powered productivity platform with WhatsApp integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain the FlowMate.AI platform (backend, frontend, and integrations)
• Build a WhatsApp-integrated chatbot using APIs (Twilio, Gupshup, or Meta Cloud API)
• Implement AI/NLP models for intelligent reminders, scheduling, and task prioritization
• Manage cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure), databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), and ensure security
• Integrate with third-party services (Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, Notion, Trello)
• Deliver a smooth and engaging user experience via a modern React/Next.js frontend
• Take ownership of the project roadmap, working directly with leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3–5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js/Python, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, and Redis
• Experience with AI/ML technologies (NLP models, OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)
• Proven track record of building chatbots or conversational AI applications
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of OAuth, JWT, and API security best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with WhatsApp API integration
• Knowledge of productivity SaaS tools and workflow automation
