Job Summary

We seek a dedicated individual to support our fulfillment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient order processing, coordinating with logistics teams, managing vendors, and resolving customer issues to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in order processing activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in customer order fulfillment
• Actively engage in product sourcing, quality control, and vendor management
• Support the timely delivery of customers' orders
• Assist in the development and execution of offline marketing strategies, including market outreach initiatives

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Ability to oversee order processing activities efficiently and accurately
• Experience in product sourcing and managing vendor relationships
• Ability to support the timely delivery of customer orders
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues in order processing and delivery
