Fulfillment Officer

Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos Position Overview: - We are seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Officer to support our production and distribution operations. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders, coordinating dispatch, and ensuring accurate documentation while maintaining effective communication with internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Process and track customer orders from production to final delivery - Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment - Prepare and update fulfillment records using Microsoft Excel - Monitor stock availability and report shortages or discrepancies - Communicate order status, delays, or issues clearly to relevant stakeholders - Ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting Requirements: - Proven experience in a fulfillment, logistics, or production support role - Good working knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel - Strong verbal and written communication skills - High level of attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Salary N100,000 / month.
