FTTH Project Manager at MacTay Consulting

About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced FTTH Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of FTTX projects. You will be accountable for project scheduling, quality assurance, cost management, materials procurement, and final client acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of FTTX projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality standards, and budget requirements
• Oversee project materials and coordinate final acceptance with clients
• Plan, form, and manage project teams
• Maintain and expand client relationships to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Extensive experience in FTTX and Home Connection project execution
• Demonstrated team management experience
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Willingness to relocate to different regions for extended periods to manage project clusters
