## Title: Front Office Supervisor
Summary
We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's front desk. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures, provide excellent customer service, and supervise the front office team to deliver a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front office operations, including guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and inquiries
- Ensure excellent guest service by handling complaints, requests, and special needs promptly and professionally
- Train, schedule, and motivate front office staff to maintain high service standards
- Monitor room availability, manage reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest readiness
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and front desk reports
- Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Ensure front office equipment (computers, phones, POS systems) is functioning properly and report any issues to management
- Assist with staff performance evaluations and recommend improvements when needed
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly front office reports as required by management
- Act as the point of contact for VIP guests, groups, and special events when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1–2 years of work experience in a relevant field
