## Title: Front Office Manager - Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Vintano Hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front office, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front office staff, including Guest Relations Officers, Guest Reservation Officers, Receptionists, Concierge, Porters, and Bellboys
  • Oversee room assignments, check-in/check-out processes, and billing
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain front office records and reports

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, with possible professional certifications
  • 6+ years of experience in a front office management role in a 4 and 5-star hotel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
