Position Overview
A4&T Group seeks an experienced and organised Operations & Admin Manager to coordinate Group-wide operations, logistics, procurement, fleet, and facility management functions. The role requires proven experience within a renewable energy company, with a strong understanding of operational workflows, asset management, and administrative controls in the energy sector. The successful candidate will coordinate people, processes, and resources, support site and office operations, ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance, and contribute to the smooth delivery of renewable energy projects and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Group operational activities across subsidiaries
- Oversee logistics, dispatch planning, inventory flow, and supply chain activities
- Manage fleet operations, including tracking, documentation, maintenance, scheduling, and compliance
- Supervise facility management across offices, warehouses, and project sites
- Lead procurement activities: vendor sourcing, negotiations, and purchase compliance
- Manage administrative operations, including office systems, documentation, utilities, and security
- Provide operational reports to the Group CEO on a weekly and monthly basis
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or additional professional certification (advantageous)
Certifications (Advantageous)
- Certified Operations Manager (COM)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2
- Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA) Certification
