Key Responsibilities
- Receive and attend to visitors professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
- Maintain visitors' records and front desk logs
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide basic information to parents and clients
- Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
- Support administrative tasks when required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or BSc qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Neat appearance and professional attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk officer
- Customer service experience
