## Title: Front Desk Officer

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Front Desk Officer to provide professional guest services, administrative support, and operational assistance in a busy reception environment.

Guest and Visitor Services

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Answer questions and provide information about the company, its services, or location
  • Address and resolve visitor complaints or concerns

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and scanning documents
  • Monitor and order office supplies and equipment

Operational and Organizational Duties

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Ensure security procedures are followed, including maintaining visitor logs
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide support as needed
  • Operate office equipment such as multi-line phones and printers

Key Skills
