## Title: Front Desk Officer
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for a Front Desk Officer to provide professional guest services, administrative support, and operational assistance in a busy reception environment.
Guest and Visitor Services
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Answer questions and provide information about the company, its services, or location
- Address and resolve visitor complaints or concerns
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and scanning documents
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment
Operational and Organizational Duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Ensure security procedures are followed, including maintaining visitor logs
- Coordinate with other departments to provide support as needed
- Operate office equipment such as multi-line phones and printers
Key Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
