## Title: Front Desk Officer

About the Role

Robeck Locks Ltd is seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our team in Lagos. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, customer service, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries and orders
  • Monitor and update social media platforms, e-store, and online advertisements
  • Liaise with the stock keeper regarding stock availability for customer orders
  • Ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time
  • Generate reports and invoices using Microsoft Office
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Handle petty cash transactions
  • Investigate, research, and generate sales leads
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • OND qualification (minimum)
  • 1 – 2 years of work experience
  • Based in or willing to work in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
