## Title: Front Desk Officer
About the Role
Robeck Locks Ltd is seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our team in Lagos. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, customer service, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors
- Answer telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries and orders
- Monitor and update social media platforms, e-store, and online advertisements
- Liaise with the stock keeper regarding stock availability for customer orders
- Ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time
- Generate reports and invoices using Microsoft Office
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Handle petty cash transactions
- Investigate, research, and generate sales leads
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- OND qualification (minimum)
- 1 – 2 years of work experience
- Based in or willing to work in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
